Labor Doula
A labor doula provides informational, emotional, and physical support and advocacy for women and their partners during the birth process. As a doula, I accompany women in labor to help ensure a safe and satisfying birth experience. I am a non-clinical provider who will draw upon my knowledge and experience to provide you with the support needed to help you have the birth you choose.
Postpartum Doula
A postpartum doula is a trained professional who understands the individualized needs of today's families during the postpartum period. In many cultures the new mother is cared for throughout the postpartum period which can be up to 8 weeks.
